Participants, including legal, personnel and trade union staff from local enterprises, were provided with legal knowledge, such as labor regulations, some legal issues and practice, collective labor agreements regulated by Labor Code in 2012, some measures to reduce strikes, etc.
According to Vien Hong Tien, Director of Dong Nai Department of Justice, the conference aimed to help local enterprises to grasp thorough legal knowledge to minimize dispute in managing and using laborers at enterprises, enhance relationships between employers and laborers as well as develop relationships between authorities and enterprises, work out for measures to complete legal institution improve business environment, etc.
