Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong of the provincial Party Committee attended a ceremony to begin the new school year at Ngo Quyen high school in Bien Hoa city.
He expressed his delight at the fact that 100 percent of students passed the high school graduation examination and many of them were admitted to universities and colleges in HCM city.
The school is home to 30 classes with over 1,300 students.

The same day, Deputy Secretary Tran Van Tu also beat the drum to start the 2018-2019 school year at Tran Bien high school.
He also called attention to training teachers and offering them many incentives, thus attracting quality education personnel.

Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee also attended a similar event at Luong The Vinh school. Addressing the event, he lauded the school's students for their study results and national prizes in the past school year.
