(ĐN) - On May 4, a delegation from Dong Nai provincial People’s Council made a survey trip to Nhon Trach district to evaluate implementation of its housing development program.
The delegation visited a housing area for workers, invested by Idico-Ủbiz, in Nhon Trach industrial park. The area covers more than 10 ha in Hiep Phuoc commune and expected to supply 3,520 apartments to workers. Presently, more than 1,100 apartments put into operation.
The investor hoped that the province would continue solutions to provide preferential loans to ensure workers are able to buy or rent homes at affordable prices. Nhon Trach is now home to some 85,000 workers.
