(ĐN)- More than 200 overseas Vietnamese (OV) and their relatives will attend the 2017 Lunar New Year festival (Tet) get-together held by Dong Nai province.
The program is scheduled to be held on January 19 at Sen Vang (Golden Lotus) Restaurant. The OV will visit exhibitions on Vietnam’s sea and islands, and specialties from across Dong Nai province and enjoy art performances.
In addition, the province’s leaders will honor OV and their relatives for their outstanding performance in building great unity bloc and contributions to the province’s socio-economic development over the past time. They also listen to overseas Vietnamese’s opinions and aspirations as well their ideas for the province’s socio-economic development.
Dong Nai will welcome 5,000 Vietnamese expatriates who come back home for family reunions and enjoy Lunar New Year holidays.
