(ĐN)- Dong Nai will build 20,000 social houses for students, workers, state employees and armed forces in the period of 2016-2020, Dong Nai Department of Construction said at a working session with Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh of the provincial People’s Committee on Oct 21.
The province plans to spend around VND755.6 billion and mobilized over VND11.5 trillion for social housing projects in this period.
Addressing at the session, Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh said that the province would create favorable conditions for enterprises in industrial parks to build more social houses to meet the increasing demand.
Some realty developers will be also required to restructure their property development plans to build more social housing projects for low-income groups and those entitled to social housing policies.
