On May 19, Chairman Tran Van Tu of the provincial People’s Committee led a delegation to offer incense and flower in tribute to the late president at Tran Bien Temple of Literature.

Also on the occasion, the province launched a tree planting festival with the aim to plant more than 2,000 trees this year.
