A ceremony in response to the writing and songwriting contest of Vietnamese students recently took place at Lac Hong University in Dong Nai province.
The contest, launched by the Vietnam Students’ Association and the Vietnam Students’ Newspaper from November 2015 to March 2016, aims to collect and honour good deeds and outstanding examples in overcoming difficulties, pursuing studies and joining social welfare activities by Vietnamese students.
Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam Students’ Association Doan Hong Ha affirmed that these simple good deeds by Vietnamese students hold huge humanitarian value among the community.
Meanwhile, Chairwoman of the Dong Nai provincial Students’ Association Bui Thi Bich Thuy pledged to mobilize local students to actively participate in the event.
