The National Traffic Safety Committee in collaboration with Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Co. Ltd. last week offered 166 free life insurance contracts to 89 households in difficulties in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue.
The National Traffic Safety Committee in collaboration with Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Co. Ltd. last week offered 166 free life insurance contracts to 89 households in difficulties in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue.
The largess was part of a project to share the sufferings caused by traffic accidents that Prudential has implemented since May, the company said in a statement.
So far, the project has issued 1,404 life insurance policies for 708 households and is expected to benefit over 500 more families within this month in Son La, Haiphong, Daklak and Thanh Hoa.
The project is being carried out in 13 provinces including Hanoi, Khanh Hoa, Thua Thien-Hue, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Haiphong, Dong Nai, Can Tho, Tay Ninh, Son La and Daklak.
