(ĐN)- Ms Hoang Thi Loan, Head of Fatherland Front in Xuan Loc district’s Xuan Tho commune, saves a part of her income in her savings box everyday since 1993. The money is used to buy notebooks, bicycles and clothes for poor students.
Over the past nine years, she organized mid-autumn festivals for underprivileged children and provided free meals for patients with difficult circumstances at Xuan Loc General Hospital.
Loan always make efforts to encourage students to overcome their difficulties to go to school. Her goal is not to let students leave schools because they lack money or books.
