Over the past five years, the association’s poor members rate reduced from 2.4% to 0.6% while rich members rate increased from 6.9% to 11.3%.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary hoped that local veterans would continue their best to help each other to develop production, contributing to the province's socio – economic development.
On this occasion, the provincial People’s Committee awarded certificates of merit to 25 collectives and 42 individuals for their contributions in economic development, poverty reduction and socio-charity activities.
