The pregnant woman named Nguyen Thanh Thao who had obstetrical accident making her brain dead and leading her to a vegetable existence after giving her birth on July 14 at Dong Nai General Hospital.
After the article of the pregnant woman was published, many readers came to Dong Nai Newspaper to donate their money to help her.
Le Quang Hieu, Thao's husband, said that her health has not seen recovery signals yet and she is being given treatment at Dong Nai Traditional Medicine Hospital, expressing his thanks to the benefactors. He said “the promptly support from readers of Dong Nai Newspaper will help my family overcome the current hardship”.
