Da Nang topped the list, followed by Hai Phong and Ha Noi.
The index is an important foundation for localities to assess their strong and weak points in order to improve administrative reforms to better meet the demands of the people and society.
Public administration reform in Dong Nai has seen improvements over the past time. Presently, Dong Nai has 11 out of 11 districts, city and town, 5 out of 20 departments and sectors, 27 out of 171 communes, wards and townships under the implementation of “one door, modern interconnected door” mechanism.
