Army Corps 4’s Command handed over two houses to needy officers, Senior Lieutenant Phung Ngoc Dung from Division 9’s Regiment 3 and Senior Lieutenant Tran Quoc Hieu from Battalion 3 of Division 9’s Regiment 1.

Senior Lieutenant Dung’s house was built on an area of 60sq.m in Xuan Hung commune of Dong Nai province’s Xuan Loc district, at a cost of VND 190 million, while Senior Lieutenant Hieu’s 52sq.m house was built in Ho Chi Minh City’s Cu Chi district, at a cost of VND 200 million.
The two houses were constructed with financial assistance from the army corps and their relatives.
