(ĐN)- Over the past five years, “Giving strength to students” scholarship fund received donations worth more than VND5.5 billion from 1,296 organizations and individuals. Accordingly, the fund awarded scholarships totaling VND4.74 billion to 1,582 students to encourage them to continue their studies.
The fund raising campaign is being launched in the school year of 2015-2016 to help disadvantaged students reduce the difficulties obstructing their studies. On this occasion, Head of the Mass Mobilisation Department Huynh Van Tinh who are also Head of Steering Committee of the Campaign calls on organizations, enterprises and individuals in the province to continue their support for the fund. He expresses his thank to sponsors who have made significant contributions to the fund over the past years.
