Mao Quoc Trung, from Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, said this year the province planned to provide training for some 5,800 people. During the 2016-2020 period, Dong Nai is expected to provide vocational training for 22,400 rural workers and at least 80 percent of them can look forward to being employed soon after.
Over the past time, vocational training for rural people coupled with job creation to increase their opportunities to escape from poverty.
In the coming time, the province will continue efforts to raise public awareness of the importance of vocational training in job creation, increasing the incomes and quality of rural workers.
