(ĐN)- Over the past six months, Dong Nai has granted and reissued more than 35,800 certificates of land use rights to individuals and organizations in the province.
(ĐN)- Over the past six months, Dong Nai has granted and reissued more than 35,800 certificates of land use rights to individuals and organizations in the province.
Accordingly, about 290 new certificates of land use rights were granted to organizations in the province while 35,500 were reissued for local households and individuals under the Land Law 2013.
Dong Nai is currently one of five localities in the country to fulfill the targets of issuance of land use rights certificates for organizations, households and individuals. The province will continue efforts to remove difficulties to grant certificates for the remaining certified land area.
