The Ministry of Education and Training has launched a long-term project that will provide personnel and financial support to upgrade facilities at pre-schools in industrial parks and export processing zones.
These schools often operate without proper licenses and standards of facilities. The project will begin this year and be applied in 10 major cities and provinces, including Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and HCM City.
Under the project's 2015-2017 period, more than 2,000 groups will receive assistance. Priority will be given to training of teaching staff.
