The activity was part of the project of expanding raising breeding cow model in the district in 2015 launched by Vinh Cuu district’s Poverty Reduction Management Board to help local poor households improve income.
The project also provided full expenses for each laborer of the households. The total cost of the program was more than VND230 million, financed by Dong Tien Garment Corporation, Dong Nai Lottery Company and the district’s Fund for The Poor.
