The district will accelerate the popularization of this work, drive socio-economic development, create jobs as well as offer more vocational training. Accordingly, it plans to spend some VND170 billion for poverty reduction programs.
Xuan Loc also aims to have additional two communes satisfying all criteria for new rural development in 2015, bring the yearly average income of local farmers to VND70 million.
