(ĐN)- Long Thanh district People’s Committee in cooperation with Department of Agriculture and Rural Development started work on the construction of a flood control reservoir in Loc An commune in an effort to prevent flooding during the upcoming flood season.
Construction work on the reservoir is estimated to cost some VND180 billion, including VND145.3 billion for site clearance.
The project is expected to be completed after 17 months of construction and participated actively and effectively in the flood control in Loc An commune.
