(ĐN)- Over the past time, the movement “Paying the Debt of Gratitude” has become a regular activity for the community in Xuan Loc district.
In 2014, the district raised more than VND2.6 billion to take care of people who rendered services to the nation. Particularly, Xuan Loc built and upgraded 95 gratitude houses, presented 20 saving books, provided a monthly allowance of VND500,000-600,000 to support 79 poor policy families in the locality.
At present, over 85 percent of families under the policy have living conditions higher than the average local standard.
