Among them, only 25 are alive and are able to receive the title at a ceremony held on December 30.
At the event, Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee stressed that the province is always grateful for the outstanding dedication and sacrifices to the nation made by the mothers. He also pledged that local authorities would do their utmost to improve the living conditions for the heroic mothers and their families.
