Since 2011, the province has selected 1,169 applicants for the postgraduate training program, exceeding the set target for the 2011-2015 period. There are 637 learners who have completed their postgraduate programs and improved their professional skills.
As known, in 2014, the province will focus in improving the quality of the program in order to increase the professional skills for the local human resources.
