Of the delegates, the oldest one is K’De, aged 91, a village patriarch of Ma ethnic minority group while the youngest one is Luong Kieu My of Tho ethnic minority group, who is a student at Vo Truong Toan junior high school in Bien Hoa city.
On the first day, the congress works out for its regulations, recommends the chairing board, board of clerk, etc.
The congress will officially kick off tomorrow.
