Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of People’s Committee, together with other leaders attended the ceremony.
Speaking at the ceremony, Acting Chairman of Bien Hoa city People’ Committee showed his deep gratitude to the women, saying that the title is to honour their sacrifice for the national liberation and reunification.
On this occasion, Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh congratulated the mothers and asked local authorities as well as relevant agencies to continue to take practical actions to look after Vietnamese heroic mothers.
