(ĐN)- After five years of the implementation of new rural construction program, Long Khanh town has invested more than VND75 billion in power transmission lines to serve people in its disadvantaged areas. Of the total, local farmers contributed over VND30.3 billion.
The town built nearly 26 km of medium voltage lines, more than 86 km of low voltage lines and 35 transformation stations. All districts and communes in the locality are now connected to the national grid, allowing 99.7 percent of their households to use the energy.
