At the ceremony, the organizers presented 105 scholarships worth VND2 million each to high school students and VND3 million scholarships to two university students.
Over the past two years, Le Dinh Nhon scholarship fund awarded 230 scholarships to local ethnic students to help them overcome difficulties and continue their study. Le Dinh Nhon is former Deputy Secretary of the Southeast region’s Party Committee. The fund is established in 2012 with the financial resource from his family. In 2014, some organizations and individuals contributed more than VND200 million to the fund.
On this occasion, Prudential VN donated VND50 million to the fund.
