(ĐN)- Inspectors from the Dong Nai Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs have inspected and revealed violations in labor using at Sundat Crop Science Ltd Company, a wholly Singapore invested firm in Amata Industrial Park.
According to the inspection results, this company was accused of violating against regulations on hours of works for persons doing hard, hazardous, dangerous jobs as well as signing illegal labor contracts with laborers.
The inspection team asked the company to strictly observe the Labor law, and concluded to fine the company for its violation in signing illegal labor contracts.
