(ĐN)- An art program called “Lighting Dreams of Bien Hoa city’s Young People” was held at Dong Nai provincial Sporting Hall on October 17, with the participation of artists and singers from HCM city and Dong Nai.
The program is co-organized by Bien Hoa city’s Youth Union, Dong Nai Music Ensemble and Dong Nai Radio and Television.
At the ceremony, the organizers awarded 100 scholarships worth VND1.5 million each to studious poor students in Bien Hoa.
