Couples just need to pay VND2 million for registration fee and will enjoy a free wedding party table, rings, flowers, transport, photo shoot and make-up. Requirement papers are ID cards and marriage certificates.
During the ceremony, all couples will take part in flower vehicles parade through some main streets in Bien Hoa city and flower offering at Tran Bien Temple of Literature along with a huge wedding party. Furthermore, they can join in a training course on how to build a happy family.
The event is scheduled to take place in November this year.
