(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial Elderly People Association is launching activities to celebrate International Day of the Eldely.
Accordingly, the association gave 1,000 notebooks and 50 sets of uniforms to pupils in Xuan Thien primary school in Thong Nhat district. It plans to present 400 gifts valued at VND300,000 each to poor elderly people and children in Long Thanh district’s Binh Son commune on September 16.
Total cost of the program is estimated at some VND200 million.
