Also at the ceremony, 15 other hearing-impaired students also received certificates for high school graduation.
On this occasion, Dong Nai province’s Association for Young Entrepreneurs presented 10 scholarships worth each VND500,000 to 10 outstanding students. The Japanese Nippon Foundation also awarded 8 scholarships worth VND1.5 million each to the new college graduates.
