Earlier, the department donated VND50 million to construct two compassionate houses in Dinh Quan district.
A charity delegation from HCM city has recently visited and presented 300 gifts each worth VND300,000 to ethnic minority people and studious poor students in La Nga commune, Dinh Quan district.
