Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary Bui Xuan Thong of the Union praised achievements made by these individuals in learning, working, scientific research, maintaining security and order, contributing to the province’s sustainable development. He hoped that local young people would try their best to study and improve themselves to become good citizens.
