Speaking at the meeting, Head of the Commission for Communications and Education Huynh Van Toi stressed that the people should keep themselves alert and avoid joining crowds that intentionally upset the normal activities of enterprises. All the demonstrations must be taken place in peace.
During the meeting, more than VND167 million was raised to support officers defending national sovereignty.
