At the working session, the delegation recognized efforts made by Bien Hoa to care for revolutionary contributors and their relatives. The delegation hoped that the city will continue to try its best to increase care for the contributors, improve their spiritual and material lives, make proper changes to support them in housing and life stability, better implement policies for these beneficiaries.
Bien Hoa city is now caring for more than 7,700 revolutionary contributors, including war invalids, sick soldiers, war martyrs and their families, Vietnamese heroic mothers, war veterans affected by toxic chemicals, and people who contributed to the revolution, etc.
