Vice Chairman awards certificates of merit to outstanding collectives and individuals |
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of the provincial People’s Committee underlined the need to enhance communications campaigns to raise public awareness of labour accidents, fires and explosions in the workplace, prevent occupational diseases, boost the inspection and handle violations at businesses and factories in the province.
At the ceremony, 14 collectives and 16 individuals received certificates of merit of People’s Committee and Vietnam General Confederation of Labour for their outstanding achievements in ensuring labour safety and effectively implementing hygiene and fire and explosion prevention activities.
After the launching ceremony, Fire Fighting and Prevention Police Department organized a fire drill at dormitory for workers at Phong Thai Group.
