Hung failed to show a quarantine certificate for the goods. He had no documents to prove their origin, either.

He told inspectors that he had been hired by Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung to transport the pigs from Quang Ngai province to Binh Duong province's Di An commune.
The station confiscated all the pigs for incineration and fined Hung VND4.7 million.
