The maneuver aims to respond to the 14th National Week for Labor Safety and Hygiene, and Fire and Explosion Prevention and Fighting.
In 2013, Trang Bom, Thong Nhat and Vinh Cuu districts reported that there were 7 fires and explosion, causing an estimated loss of more than VND1.5 billion in property.
