The fair drew the participation of 13 businesses from Japan, which needs to recruit a great number of technically-skilled workers, including a number of businesses specializing in support industry which are operating at Long Duc Industrial Park in Long Thanh district.
Students attending the fair were also provided with advice to find jobs at Japanese businesses and to adapt their studies to meet the requirements of these enterprises
Goto Yuzo, Director of Techinal Cooperation division under the Japanese ministry, introduced the students of the employment opportunities at Japanese enterprises. He also stressed that his country has become one of the biggest investors in Vietnam,

He also noted that if the students want to work for Japanese companies, they should have a strict sense of responsibility and discipline, an inquiring mind and good foreign language skills, adding that the money flow from Japan into Vietnam will continue increasing in the coming years, meaning that job opportunities for Vietnamese in Japanese firms will be very promising.
Lam Thanh Hien, Vice Rector of Lac Hong University, said that over 1,200 students took part in the fair, and 600 of them were preliminarily selected for employment by the enterprises at the event.
The Japanese ministry will help businesses and the university to organize more alike job fairs in the incoming time, he added.
