(ĐN)- More than 81 million kWh of electricity has been saved by Dong Nai since the beginning of the year, fulfilling 73.5% of the year’s plan, reported Department of Industry and Trade.
Accordingly, the state sector, public lighting systems, and the industrial production sector saved over 3.7 mil kWh, 6.3 mil kWH and 50 mil kWh, respectively, during the period.
The electricity sector's efforts to encourage households, enterprises and agencies to use energy economically and efficiently had brought about positive results.
Over the first nine months, the electricity sector has tried its best to ensure power supply for production and daily life. Now the ratio of households using power in the province reaches up to 99.5 percent.
