(ĐN)- On September 28, Vietnam Journalist Association in cooperation with Happy Cook Company held scholarship awarding ceremony to studious poor students.
At the ceremony, the organizers awarded scholarships worth VND15 million each to 12 university students.
Over the past 16 years, Happy Cook has made active contributions to study encouragement movements. Mr. Woi Suk Choi, Chairman of the company hoped that the scholarships will partly help the receivers for their living and studying.
Earlier, Long Khanh town’s Office of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs awarded scholarships valued at VND700,000-1 million each to 90 local students living in difficult circumstances.
