(ĐN) – Dinh Quan district’s Gia Canh commune has just handed over 7 charity houses to households with difficult circumstances in the locality.
Each house was built at an average cost of VND37million with VND35 million from French non-governmental organization.
On this occasion, the organization spent VND270 million to drill a well in the commune’s health station and installed public water filtering system.
