(ĐN)- Xuan Loc district-based Long Quang pagoda has recently presented 450 gifts to poor households in the district’s Xuan Truong commune. The gifts totaling VND54 million were funded by Buddhist monks, nuns and followers
Earlier, Dong Nai Labour Union handed over a charity house to Ms. Ha Thi Anh Loan, a trade union member in Long Khanh town’s Binh Loc commune. The house was built at a cost of VND30 million, financed by the provincial state employees.
Dong Nai Radio and Television’s delegation also awarded 20 scholarships worth VND500,000 each and 3,000 notebooks to poor students in Binh Son commune, Long Thanh district. On this occasion, the delegation gave VND5 million to a policy family in the locality.
