(ĐN)- Dong Nai Farmers’ Association and branches mobilized nearly VND120 million and 2,800 work days from its members to upgrade and build 44 km of rural traffic roads, dredged 3.7 km of canals in the first quarter of 2012. Besides, the association constructed 40 charity houses for poor households across the province.
In this period, the farmers’ associations at all levels raised approximately VND182 million, seedlings and breeding animals from their members to help 508 poor farmer households.
