(ĐN)- Dong Nai province’s Fatherland Front Committee has raised 1,210 Tet gifts to ensure a happy lunar New Year for local poor families.
The gifts, totaling VND363 million, are funded by Vietcombank Dong Nai, Mekong Housing Bank Dong Nai, Dong Nai Power Co., Dinh Thuan J.S Co., etc.
On the occasion of the forthcoming Lunar New Year 2012, the provincial Labour Union plans to visit and present 1,800 gifts to poor workers and those who are unable to return home during Tet.
The union will also offer free bus tickets for poor workers to return their hometowns for Tet holiday.
