(ĐN)- The Dong Nai Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department recently organized a ceremony to award 13 scholarships to outstanding poor students in the province. Accordingly, 10 of them were given to students from high schools in Cam My and Long Thanh districts and 3 scholarships were presented to students at Ho Chi Minh city universities.
This is the third time the Propaganda and Education Department have presented the scholarships to outstanding students from poor families. This activity is under the program ‘Give strength to students” funded by Cuong Thuan IDICO Development Investment Corporation.

The program provides 40 scholarships each worth VND3 million per year to help poor high school students to make their university dream come true and assist university students to continue their study.
So far, the Propaganda and Education Department has presented 30 scholarships to poor students in the province.
