Dong Nai’s students get A Shared Dream scholarships

(ĐN)- Lately, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Siam Cement Group in coordination with Dong Nai province’s Youth Union held a ceremony to award “A Shared Dream” scholarships to studious poor students in southeast provinces.

(ĐN)- Lately, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Siam Cement Group (SCG) in coordination with Dong Nai province’s Youth Union held a ceremony to award “A Shared Dream” scholarships to 400 studious poor students in southeast provinces, including Dong Nai, Tay Ninh, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Ba Ria-Vung Tau and HCM city. The ceremony was attended by Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Tri.

The scholarships, worth VND3 million each, were financed by Siam Cement Group.

On this occasion, the organizers honored 20 teachers for their efforts to help poor students.

The scholarship program is organized annually in order to assist poor talented students to overcome difficulties and continue their studies.

Earlier, the scholarship receivers burnt incense at Tran Bien Temple of Literature, visited Dong Nai Museum and Buu Long tourist area.
