(ĐN)- Dong Nai province will invest around VND42 billion for rural clean water and environmental sanitation projects in 2011, according to Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Accordingly, there will be an additional 30,000 people in rural areas to get access to clean water, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 92 percent. The province will also strive to ensure 74 percent of rural households have standard toilets and 69 percent have sanitary breeding facilities, up 2-5 percent compared to 2010.
