(ĐN)- The Bien Hoa municipal Centre for Culture and Information will organise a number of special music and dance programmes in the city to welcome the 81st founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (Feb. 3) and the traditional Lunar New Year (Tet) festival. Accordingly, 12 music and song programmes in praise of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the country will take place in the city from February 17-28 to serve local people.
